Bought 5000w Xmas 25’, Aug 26’ (8 months) broken throttle assembly, NO RESPONSE after multiple attempts. $2700 bike my son cannot ride because 1 part. No universal one available and DriftHero only has 2500w in parts. NO HELP NO RESPONSE AND WONT TAKE YOUR CALL (specifically states that if warranty or service do not leave a message won't check it) so I have emailed several times with no response and this is not ok. Ride til anything breaks they don’t have a part for then you have to trash it. Not worth it. Will buy US and something everyone can service from now on.
