Broke in the first 15 mins

Chain and sprocket broke in the first 15 mins of ride. Now waiting on parts.

The bike has been great. My son loves it. However, the customer service is even better.

During the first week of riding master link on the chain came off. I reached out to the company and they sent a new one that day under warranty. Happy to see there are some businesses left with good morals.

Amazing bike for money

I’m 12 years old and I’ve been doing everything with this bike , although it felt slow after a while it is very good at off-roading. Just a bit small
