Son has been using it non stop since we got it. The value of what you get for the price is phenomenal. Fast, comfortable, solid machine and looks cool too.
I would have provided a rating of five had I received a timely response to my two inquiries; one was "contact us" on the website the other via email to support. After two weeks I called the CS number which previously was unanswered and was able to speak with an individual who did a great job helping me resolve issues and order the new tire. I am grateful for that response and the help.
I'm not mechanical and will have to have help mounting the tire-but it was received as ordered and in a timely fashion.
Our grandson had a mishap and no issues reported. We ordered this replacement and it was delivered in a timely manner. Thanks!
The forward reverse switch was received in good condition. As usual, drift hero can be relied on to send parts in a timely manner.
