We chose to assemble the kart ourselves and it was super straight forward! The assembly video is easy to follow along with. The customer support is amazing as well! They have everything in stock at their warehouse if we ever need anything. The only thing so far is a new set of tires since my son just about wore these out riding so much! Not a single issue either! Pretty dang robust karts!! Will definitely purchase another if need be!

Got this for my kids for Christmas. The assembly video I watched regarding the two seat gas version is NOT the same as what you’ll receive at purchase. The video shows an electric start and light on the vehicle. Ours did not have that. The tires came installed backward with the air stub on the inside We had to break the wheels down and reverse them to make it fit correctly All the of the nuts and bolts are metric rather than standard as the instructions indicate. With all that said it wasn’t too difficult to put together. The kids were thrilled when they saw it Christmas morning. It ran great for about 30 min and then abruptly stopped and we haven’t gotten it to work since.

Sorry about your experience. The tires are actually sent to you correctly as the stem goes on the inside. Sorry you felt you needed to switch those around. Our kids haven’t gotten out of the cart since we bought it. They absolutely love it. It’s so easy for them to use and requires no maintenance on my end, which is awesome. Best purchase ever.
The Kart has been okay with the exception of the chains. They have needed frequent replacing, breaking easily. There are two chains and we have needed to replace both multiple times even when only using the kart occasionally.
Bought this for my boys for Christmas and it was perfect. They use it everyday and we can’t keep them off of it … along with all of their friends. It’s been super reliable as I’ve had it for over 2 years with only needing new tires because my kids wore them out by riding so much. Plenty of power.
