I've gotten several replacement items for our go kart from Drift Heroes and every time it fits exactly like it should.
If I have any issues with anything I call customer service and they help me out. Great company.
I bought this for my grandkids. So far it has been a hit. I like the size of the Kart. An average size adult can ride in it. My wife and daughter in law both tried this with a grandchild driving. There were lots of giggles. The width of the kart also provides stability in turns. Battery life is pretty good. On our first outing the kids ran it for nearly four hours. We just need to see how it holds up over time.

Drift Hero does offer quick and easy to order repair parts. However the tie rod ball joint ends have a hole drilled through them for a cotter pin that can't be used because the shaft is too short for the nut! Because of this hole it weakens the shaft thus it will break occasionally.
