One of the four bolts holding seat to frame broke during installation. Now there are only three bolts holding the seat.
There were multiple scratches on the wheel rims and roll bars. Seem to be scratched at the factory, rather than during shipping. I will have to touch-up with paint.
Flagpole was not included. Ordered separately. It broke on the second drive.
All four tire assemblies did not include green Tire Rim Covers.
Few other small issues to list.

This company has the best customer service that I've experienced. Absolutely top notch.
I’m sure the part works, however it’s not the part I need. Getting in contact with someone is nearly impossible and requires the customer to become a nag, which is never enjoyable.
This is one of the best built best quality go kart I have purchased
My son is having a blast on it. So far, everything has been great.. maintenance does not seem to be difficult on a unit like this which was one of the main reasons I decided to purchase.
