Electric Go-Kart (2 Seat)

One of the four bolts holding seat to frame broke during installation. Now there are only three bolts holding the seat.
There were multiple scratches on the wheel rims and roll bars. Seem to be scratched at the factory, rather than during shipping. I will have to touch-up with paint.
Flagpole was not included. Ordered separately. It broke on the second drive.
All four tire assemblies did not include green Tire Rim Covers.
Few other small issues to list.
Wrote email to customer service. Did not receive any response.

My 7 year old loves it!

You never know when buying online sight unseen. I can assure you the company is led by honest people who build and deliver quality products. A neighborhood hit, and our family absolutely loves our Go kart. The electric version is incredibly quiet and a must have for any one considering purchasing.

Awesome product. My twins love riding in it. Had a bent wheel that showed up with it and they replaced it immediately. Super fast customer service and they take care of their customers. Will be coming back for more.

I got this for my 7 (almost 8) year old for Christmas. He almost cried he was so excited. He couldn't believe it! It has three settings for power so he first learned how to work it on "low" and has now moved to medium now that he has a good feel of the steering wheel, revers vs forward button and the ga/brake pedal. Easily powerful enough to have me in the passenger seat. We are having a blast together. He is also going around giving the other kids in the neighborhood rides. What a blast!
